Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Hunt Valley, MD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and organization of employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events as required.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls and emails, providing assistance or directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and maintaining onboarding schedules.
  • Assist with data entry and updates in the HR information systems.
  • Provide administrative support for benefits administration and open enrollment periods.
  • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support HR team in implementing HR best practices and special projects.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift
